Crystal Groves is an experienced professional in the field of Social Services with over ten years of experience working with young people who face mental health, homelessness, and substance abuse issues. Her expertise lies in creating a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes a housing-first, client-centered style of service. She is experienced coaching front-line teams and has honed her leadership skills focusing on Change Management and Restorative Practices.
Crystal has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and is familiar with working across multi-disciplinary teams and community stakeholders. She has first-hand knowledge of criminal justice, child welfare, and adoption systems. Crystal is an articulate and well-spoken natural advocate and non-profit consultant.
